The information we collect from you

On receipt of email addresses, they are entered on a central database using a computer programme called ‘Access’. From this we can email you regularly with course information throughout the year (holiday courses, evening courses, after school club events)

How we process information received by you

The details received from you regarding your child(ren) attending our courses will be kept on a central database and registers will be produced accordingly to each course. These registers will only be shared with the relevant sports coaches, sub-contracted by Premier Soccer Centres.

Our sports coaches require this information to have access to any medical conditions recorded and to have emergency contact numbers to hand, if needed. Once the course(s) have finished, the registers are returned to either Dave Hunt or Mark Jones (Directors) Premier Soccer Centres, which is then destroyed via shredding.

How we ensure your information is secure and protected

During the sessions when your child(ren) are in attendance, the lead Sports Coach will take the register first and then securely store it in their folders/bag so not in the public domain.  The Sports Coach will keep this register with all their equipment until the duration of the course has ended.   All paper copies of the registers and the application forms are either shredded or burnt.  Information is stored on our computer database, until such time as you ask it to be deleted or your child has not attended any of our courses in the previous 12 months.

All computers/laptops, where any data is stored, are password protected.
